A New Jersey battle accuses talc product manufacturer, BASF, and their attorneys, of conspiring to spoil and produce evidence in thousands of asbestos cause offense cases.
Six plaintiffs are named in the suit, all of whom at a loose call off loved ones to asbestos-mixture diseases.
